2003
Çağ Petrol Station
Established in 2003 in Girne - Bogaz, Çağ Petrol Station currently holds the second-highest volume of sales out of all stations affiliated with Turkish Petroleum in the Girne area. It is operated by 16 of our employees.
The station underwent an extensive redevelopment in 2015 and now boasts a modern, smart, and innovative design. In fact, it is known as “The first and only concept designer petrol station in Cyprus.”
2009
Çağ Business Center
With the addition of the Business Centre, the Girne - Boğaz region has become a lively, popular attraction.
The Çağ Business Centre was created in 2009 as an extension of the Çağ Petrol Station. With its 10 warehouses, 10 stores (including a bank, a hair salon, a pharmacy, a grocery store, and other amenities), and 20 rental apartments, it has eliminated the need for community members to travel to other big cities for their needs.
The Centre also saw an expansion in 2014, which consisted of 40 new rental apartments by St.Hilarion Apartments. Its residential apartments and services breathed new life into the sector.
2015
Escape Homes
In 2013, our company’s first housing estate project, Escape Homes, became a reality.
The 90-home estate, based in Girne - Alsancak, was awarded the Best New Project Design Award (2014) at the Property NCReal Estate Awards -- an award show sponsored by the Dubai International Property Show.
The project, which was completed in 2015, has now successfully sold out.
2017
Milos Park Homes
Milos Park Homes is surrounded by orchards and offers a luxurious lifestyle surrounded by nature. Located amidst olive groves and lemon orchards, Milos Park Homes promises comfort and serenity for all.
The historical Milos mills, which were our source of inspiration, are very close to our project site. Although they were ruined as a result of vulnerability, we’ve found a way to incorporate them into our designs.
The entrance gate of Milos Park Homes, which takes its name from historical Milos mills, and the common areas both reflect the area’s history with the use of original millstones.
The story of historical Milos mills will always be told in our project, ensuring that a historical artefact once sunk into oblivion will be transferred to the new generations.
2019
Kıbrıs Town Houses
Kıbrıs Town Houses have enriched Cyprus beyond what we could have imagined.
We were inspired to build traditional Cypriot houses within the framework of this century’s living conditions.
We combined the most beautiful items of traditional Cypriot architecture, including arches, pergolas, courtyards, quadrangles, pattern mosaic tiles, rugs, and beautiful Cypriot doors. We also added peaceful social spaces and sincere neighbourhood relations to the formula!
We have also become the first BREEAM-certified residential project by signing a new policy in North Cyprus -- without giving up our commitment to innovation. For example, we have introduced mOod, an intelligent home system to make daily life easier and add energy-saving intelligence.
Gave Coffee Shop is also located at the village square of this project.

Terra
Completed in September 2023, the Terra development was inspired by Cyrpus’s first settlements, particularly in the villages of Lemba and Khirokitia. It comprises both residences and private villas and is located within walking distance of Gave and Natura SPA.
The environment in which Terra is built is known for its natural beauty. The project features natural tones and materials to complement the surrounding area.
