Kıbrıs Developments is an award-winning, integrated development company headquartered in Northern Cyprus. Founded in 1985, the company has played an active role in shaping the region’s residential, commercial, and socio-cultural landscape for over four decades.
What began as a family-led enterprise has evolved into a multi-disciplinary development group guided by long-term thinking, structural discipline, and regional responsibility. Our History
2003
Çağ Petrol Station
Çağ Petrol is one of the first concept-designed fuel stations in North Cyprus, realised through a comprehensive renovation that transformed a traditional petrol station into a modern, user-friendly service hub that responds to contemporary mobility and lifestyle needs.
2009
Çağ Business Center
With the addition of the Business Centre, the Girne – Boğaz region has become a lively, popular attraction.
The Çağ Business Centre was created in 2009 as an extension of the Çağ Petrol Station. With its 10 warehouses, 10 stores (including a bank, a hair salon, a pharmacy, a grocery store, and other amenities), and 20 rental apartments, it has eliminated the need for community members to travel to other big cities for their needs.
The Centre also saw an expansion in 2014, which consisted of 40 new rental apartments by St.Hilarion Apartments. Its residential apartments and services breathed new life into the sector.
2015
Escape Homes
In 2013, our company’s first housing estate project, Escape Homes, became a reality.
The 90-home estate, based in Girne – Alsancak, was awarded the Best New Project Design Award (2014) at the Property NCReal Estate Awards — an award show sponsored by the Dubai International Property Show.
The project, which was completed in 2015, has now successfully sold out.

Milos Park Homes
Milos Park Homes offers a unique residential environment where lush orchards frame contemporary homes with outdoor spaces that merge nature, comfort and everyday convenience. Designed for relaxed Mediterranean living and investment potential, it’s a lifestyle rooted in tranquillity and accessibility.

Kıbrıs Town Houses
Kıbrıs Town Houses blends traditional Cypriot architectural elements with modern living standards, creating a unique residential community rooted in cultural heritage while offering contemporary comfort, thoughtful design, and engaging neighbourhood spaces.
2021
Natura Cyprus
Natura is a completed residential community of 68 thoughtfully designed homes nestled in Alsancak, inspired by Mediterranean living and natural surroundings, offering tranquil comfort, social spaces, and proximity to nature and local amenities.
2022
Natura SPA & Wellness
Natura SPA & Wellness is a destination spa and wellness centre crafted to offer restorative experiences that blend fitness, traditional Turkish bath rituals, therapeutic treatments, and serene spaces designed for both locals and visitors seeking holistic relaxation.
2023
Terra
TERRA is a completed residential community inspired by Cyprus’s earliest settlements, where architectural language emerges from earth, material simplicity, and the island’s indigenous building traditions, offering homes that are both rooted in heritage and designed for modern Mediterranean living.
2025
Mediterra
MEDITERRA is a low-density residential community in Alsancak, designed around courtyards, gardens, and shared social spaces. Blending Mediterranean architecture with a contemporary lifestyle approach, it offers long-term value, strong rental potential, and a vibrant sense of community.
